Returns & Refunds

returns

If you wish to cancel your order or return an unwanted item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

After telling us that you wish to return the item, you must send the goods back to us within a further 14 days.

Returned goods must be unused, unopened where applicable, in their original packaging, and in a re-sellable condition.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the goods have been used, opened, damaged, contaminated, or handled more than necessary.

Returns must be approved by us before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return postage of unwanted items. We do not provide free return labels for unwanted items.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Once your return has arrived back to us and has been inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days for us to inspect and process the return.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery where possible.

Please include your order number, photos of the item and packaging, a short description of the issue, and any batch codes where relevant. We will review the issue and advise the next step.

If the issue is confirmed to be our fault, we will arrange the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or return label where required.
