Returns & Refunds
If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
Please note: a £3.75 return handling fee per parcel will be deducted from your refund to help cover processing costs. We are unable to refund the full purchase amount.
To initiate a return, please visit our contact page, enter your name and email address, select “Returns & Refunds“, and include a message detailing the issue. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return has been received, please allow up to 5 working days for processing.
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the transaction and display the refund.
